Exciting opportunity exists for E & M Manager to take full responsibility and accountability of the Electrical and Mechanical Services in the Engineering department for one of South Africa\\\\\\\'s leading banks.

This position would suit an individual with a relevant qualification (BSc Eng, B Eng or BTech Electrical) coupled with a minimum of six years experience preferably in the property field with exposure in both electrical and mechanical systems. Applicable managerial exposure is required. 

This experience must preferably include maintenance, project design, construction, commissioning and handover and management, energy management, as well as appropriate experience on the correct handling of structural matters and health and safety.
