Phenomenal opportunity exists at one of South Africa\'s most innovative companies in the Financial Services Sector.  Due to continued growth, the in-house property team is now looking to appoint a National Technical Services Manager within the Facilities department. The incumbent will be responsible for a budget of R45 million, 4 direct and 18 indirect reports. 

The key purpose of the role is minimise the business and physical risk of the company\'s assets by overseeing the repairs and preventative maintenance of the assets and ensuring policies and SLA\'s are in place for repairs and a preventative maintenance schedule.  The main site being in the heart of Sandton and housing over 4000 of the total staff numbers, this is mixed use commercial building with data centres, retail elements as well as the complexity of a multistory building itself.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Electrical Engineer and should have 7 to 10 years in Technical and Facilities Management in large corporate environments.   You will need to be a dynamic and tenacious individual who can work to tight deadlines and manage multi-sites.  For immediate consideration please apply today.
