Mr. Shah serves as the Vice President of Business Development of Corporate Solutions at NorthMarq Capital, Inc.
Mr. Shah served as Senior Vice President of Business Development of Partsearch Technologies Inc. and was responsible for sales, client services and marketing.
Mr. Shah served as Executive Vice President of Sales for Cirqit and Vice President for Business Solutions for The Matlen Silver Group. Prior to Matlen, Mr. Shah served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Process Technologies (IPT). He served as Vice President of Business Development at NorthMarq Real Estate Services, where he was responsible for securing new business and accelerating its services growth.Prior to IPT, Mr. Shah held various positions of increasing responsibility with Pratt & Whitney, including General Manager for Latin America and Program Manager for Fleet Management Services. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at ARGUS Software, Inc. As a Founding Member of Integrated Process Technologies, he was instrumental in evolving the business model from start-up to going concern and leading it by several strategic acquisitions.
Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University. He also received an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business.
