At least 4 years Property Management experience at a senior level coupled with a BSc Property Studies Honours degree (or similar) is required for this dynamic role.

This individual will form part of the management team, and be responsible for financial management of the regional budget, growing the business through sourcing of new business, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and this person should have strong people management skills.

A key responsibility will be to inspire and motivate the staff in this regional office to deliver results in terms of the group's overall strategy.

In addition to the above qualification, the incumbent should be equipped with the following skills set:

• Highly proficient in communication skills, specifically oral, followed by listening and writing skills
• An innovative thinker with leadership skills and strategic vision
• Integrity, drive and the ability to inspire others
• Strong accounting, financial and budgeting skills
• Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.
