Your key focus will be on sourcing new transactions in property finance residential
development and identifying and investing in opportunities related to property
investment. It will include management of these transactions to their conclusion for the
purpose of maximising unfunded income.

Candidates must hold a matric certificate and a tertiary qualification (eg BCom or a
degree in building science, quantity surveying, property, law or related fields). The ideal
candidate must have at least three years' working experience in the property/property
finance industry, client acquisition and sales, coupled with property development and
investment experience.

The ability to deal and negotiate with clients in a competitive
arena is essential
