Primary purpose of this position is to assume overall responsibility for the marketing of a shopping centre and to ensure that all key KPI's are met or exceeded.
To manage a team of staff in such a way that they meet individual KPI's, are motivated and act in the best interest of the centre at all times.
Education and Experience:
- Matric. Degree in related field essential
- Must have a strong marketing background (3 years solid experience)
Have a clear and thorough knowledge of marketing principles, preferably have center marketing experience (but not essential). Understand and have experience in dealing with related fields advertising, PR, online, social media, media in general. Have knowledge of and practical experience in putting events/ promotions together and the execution thereof. 2 years Retail Experience preferential.

- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, must have worked in a service related capacity (Client/Tenant relationships)
- Must be able to manage a team – good leadership skills
- Must have attention to detail and excellent admin skills
- Must have good negotiating and persuasive skills
