Relevant tertiary qualification coupled with at least 5 years maintenance and technical experience within a Shopping centre environment is required for this Regional Mall based in the Eastern suburbs of JHB.

Duties include, but not limited to: Preparing and managing budgets. Managing the maintenance staff compliment (approx. 11 in total), including staff performance appraisals  Responsible for the appointment and management of all outsourced contractors. Managing Aircon, Lifts, Escalators, all Mechanical and Plumbing aspects of the Shopping Centre. Oversee maintenance/technical related projects. Oversee new tenant installations. Ensuring  a well maintained Mall at all times.
