The company announced last week that it had clinched a contract to manage Futuregrowth Property Fund's portfolio.
Director Kevin Roman said the deal addressed a major difficulty for empowerment start-ups: getting big business to recognise their capabilities.
Futuregrowth fund manager Wayne van der Vent said Futuregrowth, with 13 shopping centres, urban and rural, in eight provinces, needed rural and urban management expertise. 'This is not an easy combination to find.' he says.
'It is important to Futuregrowth that the property manager understands the type of portfolio we run, and has the capabilities and systems to manage our sites.'
