Work is expected to begin in July at the site of the former Krause Caravan Park in Margate, where Inframax Developments is to build the R53 million Indigo Bay sectional title complex.
The complex, just 800m from Margate's main beach, will have six storeys and 36 units.
It is scheduled for completion in April next year.
The apartments will each have four bedrooms, balconies and basement parking.
