The equity raise will be implemented through an accelerated book build process and comes after last week's announcement of the R160m acquisition of Link Hills Shopping Centre.

A minimum subscription application of R1 million per applicant applies. The new shares, when issued, will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with existing shares.

Tower Property Fund reserves the right to increase the size of the equity raise subject to demand.
