GoGlobal says its shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the deal which will see the property fund acquire APF1 Ltd for R303m (£17‚034‚603).

GoGlobal Properties (GGP) said on Monday its shareholders had overwhelmingly approved the deal which will see the property fund acquire APF1 Ltd for £17‚034‚603.

The transaction will be settled through the issue of 15‚486‚003 GoGlobal shares at an issue price of £1.10 per share.

APF1 is a wholly owned subsidiary of ApexHi Property Fund.
