A doyen of SA’s listed property sector‚ CEO of Arrowhead Properties Gerald Leissner‚ dies.

Arrowhead, the South African JSE listed REIT, has declared a dividend of 82,55 cents per share for the year ended 30 September 2016.

Vukile Property Fund, Arrowhead Properties and Synergy Income Fund  today announced they have concluded agreements for a landmark transaction that will create a high-yield, high-growth fund within the existing entity of Synergy – to be renamed GemGrow Properties Limited.

South African JSE listed REIT, Arrowhead Properties has declared distribution of 150,30 cents for the year ended 30 September 2015 representing a 12,8% improvement on the 133,24 cents distribution declared for the year ended 30 September 2014.

IndluPlace Properties is likely to pave the way for more specialist property listings. Redefine International’s hotel exposure is already at 20% of total assets so a separate hotel listing is the logical route.
