South Africa's serious property buyers are gearing up to bid for possibly the largest piece of vacant land made available for sale along the Atlantic Seaboard in Cape Town.

Vacant Land

The land, estimated at 7 546m2 and positioned close to the boundaries of Bantry Bay, Fresnaye and Clifton, has been entrusted to leading online property tender platform, Sealedbid to bring to market. The property is available to bid on until the closing date of 21 February 2014 at 17h00.

According to Aubrey Miller, CEO of Sealedbid an opportunity like this will not soon present itself again to savvy investors and vacant land of this size and location offers an exceptionally rare property investment and development opportunity.

The last time the market saw a similar opportunity was almost 20 years ago, with the last possibly being the famous President Hotel in Bantry Bay.
