Lichtenburg Shopping Centre is going under the hammer and features 20 retail shops with tenants such as Shoprite, Foschini, Markhams, Rage, Edgars, and American Swiss.

Lichtenburg Shopping CentreFinance Minister Pravin Gordhan relayed a clear message for the need to increase savings and investments in order to expand and diversify the economy, as economic growth is the only path to a sustainable and optimistic future.

“The projected increase in rail capacity, as outlined by the National Development Plan, will have a direct impact on commercial and industrial property demand and development within the new routes. In addition, the approved tax incentives on industrial development projects, will both support property and investment opportunities,” explains High Street Auctions Joint Managing Director, Lance Chalwin-Milton.

Government, investors and consumers are urged to minimise extravagant spending, save and invest wherever possible.

The High Street Auctions upcoming event is taking place on Tuesday 5 November and the following properties are receiving particular interest by potential buyers:

  • The Lichtenburg Shopping Centre is going under the hammer and features 20 retail shops with tenants such as Shoprite, Foschini, Markhams, Rage, Edgars, and American Swiss. The GLA is ±8400m2 with a projected gross annual income of approximately R 7.4 million. The centre is exceptionally well positioned in the heart of Lichtenburg and surrounded by an abundance of parking, major banks and the post office. Lichtenburg is in the North West Province.
  • Prospecta Centre in Linden Ext boasts both retail and office space. Ideally situated in Malibongwe Drive with easy access to Northcliff, Cresta, Randburg and Sandton.
