The High Street Auction Co, South Africa’s leading real estate auction firm, today auctioned 18 high value properties at its monthly multi property auction held at Summer Place in Hyde Park.

City of Tshwane properties were hotly contested and evoked spirited bidding at High Street’s auction held in May.

The High Street Auction Co, one of South Africa’s largest auction companies emerged as one of the big winners at the recently concluded National Auctioneers Association Marketing Competition 2015 held in Kansas, United States.

Ichikowitz bought Thaba Phuti, a lodge and game farm near Rustenburg, for R20-million in 2011.

An 114 apartment and retail block at 135 Jeppe Street, Joburg, and a Sandhurst villa with four bedrooms at 121 Empire Place will be on offer at the High Street auction on Tuesday 30 September 2014.

Porsche South Africa was the highest bidder on Kyalami racetrack which went under the hammer today,at the High Street Auctions event, for a record R 205 million.

Today's multi-property auction reflects the increasing trend of buying and selling properties on auction.
