Abacus Divisions launches Rietvlei Corporate and Industrial Estate

Following the successful launch of one of the first boutique office parks in the greater Irene area, Quattro Fontane, the next phase of Irene Land Corporation's successful commercial and industrial developments is now in pre-launch phase.

Org Geldenhuys, MD of Abacus DIVISIONS said Rietvlei Corporate & Industrial Estate is to be launched on the back of the recent completion of the highly successful Route 21 Corporate Park, Irene Village Mall and Irene Farm Villages in the area.

Rietvlei Corporate & Industrial Estate boasts 10 exclusive stands, comprising of eight Industrial and two business stands, ranging from approximately. 0.85 ha (8 500m²) for the smallest stand to just under 2 hectares (20 000m²) in size for the biggest stand.

With large pre-launch discounts being offered, stands are well-priced and start at R850 per surface metre for the industrial stands and negotiable per bulk square metre for the business stands. Geldenhuys said these launch prices are being offered at a "huge discount" to similar stands in the adjacent Route 21 Corporate Park, and greater Irene area.
