The office park is also home to one of Pretoria's most expensive fully-fledged green buildings, a R60 million development spanning 4 200 square metres - and said to be one of the largest "true green buildings"
built in the Pretoria area. Geldenhuys noted that the office park is also consistently bucking the trend by being one of the few in the Centurion node that is still commanding premium rental rates.
The office park boasts a number of blue chip tenants, including the likes of JSE-listed EOH, Brother, Land Rover Jaguar, Ctrack/DigiCore Holdings and Equity Pharmaceuticals.
