The R21 Corridor between Pretoria and OR Tambo is fast becoming Gauteng’s newest development node with many logistics and warehousing companies opting for space in some of the newly developed logistics and industrial parks in this area.

After becoming the first office park to install an open-access dark fibre network three years ago, Route 21 Corporate Park, the R2 billion office park development near Irene, has now moved into phase two.

"Route 21 Corporate Park is one of the most prestigious office  park developments in Pretoria - and it is also one of the most advanced, from a technological point of view, and one of the safest," said Org Geldenhuys, managing director of Abacus DIVISIONS.
