The A units receive 33,75 cents, the B units receive 41,25 cents and the C units receive 18,15 cents.

This brings the total distribution for the nine months to 31 March 2009 to 271,20 cents (2008: 246 cents), which represents a 10,4% increase in distributions for the period.

ApexHi CEO Gerald Leissner says the company is expected to exceed the 93,75 cents per quarter combined distribution threshold in the fourth quarter. “This means that the A and B unit holders, who have received a fixed distribution for the past few years, will once again participate in growth in distributions,” he says.
