Vulcan Value Centre

The Vulcan Value Centre offers approximately 25,000 sq m of GLA and has over 50 stores with brands such as H&M, C&A, Hervis, Noriel Bebe, Animax, Lems, Jysk, Domo, Takko and Deichmann.

It includes a Carrefour hypermarket and a commercial gallery of 2,500 sqm, where customers can find several shops, such as Orange, Vodafone, Germanos, Sensiblu or Kitchen Shop.

The value center targets average income shoppers and satisfies their need to find all the products they are looking for in the same location.

For better accessibility, a tram station was moved to the front of the shopping center, and NEPI, which invested €47m into the project, also upgraded road infrastructure in the area. Carrefour Romania intends to offer free buses service to Vulcan, targeting the city's Ferentari, Rahova and Sebastian areas.

NEPI manages several shopping centers in Romania, such as Ploiesti Shopping City, City Park Constanta, Promenada Mall Braila, Galati Shopping City, Retail Park Auchan Pitesti, Deva Shopping Centre, Severin Shopping Center, Brasov Strip Mall.
