Mark is responsible for providing a complete range of RICS product and service propositions globally, to assist individuals into membership, develop their careers and provide the tools and services they need on a day-to-day basis.
This includes training, conferences, publications, on line services (including BCIS and iSurv) and alternative dispute resolution.
Mark joined RICS in April 2009, where he developed and launched RICS Training, providing face-to-face training courses and online learning through the RICS Online Academy. In February 2010 Mark took on responsibility for RICS National Conferences and in September of that year became Executive Director of Product Development.
Mark's responsibilities also include:
- Ongoing review and development of RICS' routes to membership
- RICS School of Built Environment, India.
- Mark is a Trustee of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust and also has a non–executive board role with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
