Property loan stock company, presently establishing a Property Management Company, would like to appoint a CA (SA). Preference will be given to a candidate who has completed articles, at least two years as a Financial Manager within a property management environment.

The principle function is to manage and co-ordinate the financial control of the fund's assets (buildings), in accordance with international accounting standards and to prepare and timeously distribute the financial reports of the fund's assets; manage and co-ordinate the various support services to the benefit of the fund and its stakeholders.
