Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure sustainable growth in the net property income of the property portfolio through strategic asset management. Enhancing and growing the property assets under management (R16 billion) through re-developments of the owned shopping centres and acquiring assets to complement the existing portfolio. Promote social and environmental sustainability throughout the organization and property investments. Report relevant company activities and property portfolio performance to the Board of Directors; Capital and Investment committee and Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee.

 Qualifications & Experience:

Property related and or Finance post graduate degree. SAPOA and SASCS Property specific certificates.

At least 10 years property specific and asset management experience. At least 5 years executive management experience
