Responsibilities will include the management of centre management staff; prepare and manage budget in alignment with portfolio strategy; manage property leasing to minimize vacancies; monitor capital expenditure; manage arrears; facilitate projects/installations; develop and implement strategic plans with objectives and directing the team; report on portfolios; manage risks; develop tenant retention strategy for portfolio.
