You will be responsible for sourcing new commercial and industrial property finance transactions. You also maintain existing Property Finance clients while actively growing a new-client base through innovative dealmaking and product structuring, ensuring that Nedbank Property Finance remains the dominant player in the property finance market.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant three-year tertiary commercial qualification in commerce, business or property and will have extensive experience in commercial property development, financing and structures. Experience in client acquisition and sales is also required.
