Qualifications and Experience:

Related tertiary qualification coupled with at least 5 years Property Portfolio Management experience is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full portfolio management function of a multi-tenanted Office portfolio.  Prepare and manage budgets. Manage property leasing function. Monitor capital expenditure. Manage arrears, develop and implement strategic plans for the portfolio.  Report on portfolio’s performance.
