Your key focus will be on the compilation of valuations of commercial and industrial properties for mortgage lending purposes. You will also contribute to continuous improvement in methodology, quality and accuracy of valuations, liaise with property brokers and property?related professionals, and update the property database.

The ideal candidate will hold a national diploma in Property Valuations or a BSc in Real Estate majoring in Property Valuations. This should be coupled with at least five years’ valuation experience in all segments of the property market, particularly commercial and industrial property. Possessing a valid driving licence and your own car is essential.
