Qualification(s) & Experience

• Minimum Matric plus five years of current centre / property management/Retail experience
• Advanced Shopping Centre Management certification would be an added advantage
• Appropriate people management experience is essential
• Compilation and Interpretation of Financial Statements
• Understanding of Retail Leasing would be an advantage
• Sound Marketing experience would be an advantage

• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver on time and within budget
• Centre Management day to day operations
• Financial, marketing, administrative and technical components of Shopping Centre Management
• Strong organizational abilities, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong negotiating skills
• Knowledge of Retail Lease Agreements
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting and variance reporting
• Knowledge and understanding of merchandising principles
