Responsibilities will include:

• Management of Property Managers and staff,
• monthly management reports and updating of projections;
• preparation and presentation of budgets and capital improvements;
• negotiation and preparation of leases;
• evaluation of each property and strategic advice to Fund Management; life cycle analysis and planning;
• focus on tenant retention;
• responsible for the adherence to all local and national safety regulations;
• feasibility studies in respect of new deals and renewals.
