The kind of person who would be able to work in this demanding environment will have a Property Studies / Financial Analysis degree, coupled with at least 3 years working experience within a property environment. 

This role will focus heavily on research and financial modelling for acquisitions, disposals and development purposes.  This work hard, play hard culture is attractive to self starters who are able to act independently and who want accountability for their decisions. You will ensure an in-depth recruitment process, which will thoroughly test your technical know how, as well as you emotional intelligence.
