Project Manager required in Johannesburg Central. Our client is one of South Africa’s leading independent providers of student accommodation other than the Universities. They offer accommodation in Johannesburg; Pretoria; PE; Cape Town and Durban.  

Responsibilities include the management of all buildings in the specified region, budget and cost report management, assisting in setting of the management program which takes place once a year on all buildings, overseeing all tenant installations which include planning of cost and resources as well as delivering the project on time. 

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years previous related experience in project management and knowledge of construction processes and procedures, a Diploma in project management and strong administrative skills will secure.
