Property Strategist required to join one of our rapidly expanding client\\\\\\\'s corporate real estate teams. Our client\\\\\\\'s division has expanded and grown significantly. Today they advise over 30 local and multinational corporate companies in respect of their leased or owned properties.

This role will have you providing a broad and advanced level of strategic support to some of their leading clients. You will be a highly analytical individual responsible for developing transactional strategies, leading and motivating property management teams and vendors, managing relationships with landlords and ensuring timely effective implementation of real estate strategy. As the tenants representative on all real estate matters, you will manage reporting processes and procedures, budgeting and forecasting, leasing and administration.

Stakeholder management and relations is key to effectively understand their requirements. The ideal candidate would have worked for a management consultancy and have at least 3 years property experience. Working knowledge of Africa Real estate market would secure, as many clients have a presence throughout the continent.

Suitable degree and strong IT desktop skills are required, as well as strong management skills. This opportunity has the potential to grow into a divisional strategic role, reporting directly into the head of real estate
