BEE Development Director Manager required. With a large land bank at prime locations around the country, our prestigious client is looking for someone to extract maximum value from both their land and their buildings portfolio. 

Your 10 years plus development experience would have exposed you to every aspect of the development cycle - from the rezoning of (primarily agricultural) land, to the sourcing of viable tenants through attractive marketing. Feasibility and debt structuring, joint venture negotiations, project management of service provisions, construction management - all this will be your responsibility for the region. You will be reporting to an exco member, who will also form part of the investment committee to which you would submit your proposals.

Our client have reached a critical mass in their core business, which is not wholly property related, and find themselves looking towards the potential income generation in unlocking the value of the unused land they hold.

You will be a hands on leader of professional teams, preferably with a technical or construction related degree, and a minimum of 6 years proven success in project identification and delivery. Your in-depth exposure to joint venture negotiations is essential! Salary upward of R1million. Non BEE candidates will be considered on contract only.
