Listed fund seeks experienced Utilities Administrator. Our client is a listed property loan stock company, with a diverse range of property assets under management. Part of their service delivery includes utilities management.
They are looking for an experienced utilities administrator to manage utility accounts, payment processes, queries and analysis. As well to assist in utility expense recovery, operational reporting and to assist in capturing and verification of all 3rd party data. Ensuring that utility and rental invoices are correct and that buildings are optimally managed. As well as delivering results and meeting customer expectations, following instructions, procedures and analyzing.
You will be confident in quality orientation, organized and customer focused. A good team player and excellent oral communication skills are essential as well. The preferred candidate will need to have at least 3 years exposure to administrative work within the property sector. Property or financial qualification a plus. Johannesburg based position. Salary up to R180,000.
