Development advances at Newlyn Logistics Park, Gqeberha, with operator-focused warehouses
Newlyn Group's development of Newlyn Logistics Park in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, is progressing into its next stage, with the first 10,000sqm warehouse nearing completion and construction of a second facility set to begin this October 2026 month.
