The development of a 12 000m² office complex in Centurion, Pretoria, costing R300 million, is due to commence shortly with earthworks starting in the last quarter of 2008

The joint development between property development giant, Atterbury Property and local player Tinus Strydom, is a 50:50 venture.

Situated directly between Standard Bank and ABSA on Gerhardt Street, the development to be called Centurion Square falls south west of the Centurion Shopping Mall.  Although the primary focus of Centurion Square will be offices, a limited amount of retail space will also combine with several restaurants.

This tenant driven development comprises three separate buildings that range between five and three storeys.  A super basement will service the entire complex whilst a central, breezy piazza will create a relaxed, modern feel.

Studio-3 Architects have created a productive and contemporary office space which is aesthetically appealing, convenient and pleasant to be part of.  Centurion Square is scheduled for completion by April 2010.
