Listed property group SA Corporate Real Estate Fund has sold 25% stake in Umlazi Mega City, a shopping centre in the Durban township of Umlazi, to Sizovuna Investments - a company owned by Umlazi residents and community organisations, it said on Friday.

SA Corporate declined to release further details, saying that they would be released on Monday.
