The SAFMA Facilities Management Expo will showcase the trends, services and products of South Africa’s growing FM industry. The Expo will be taking place on the 22 and 23 August at the Sandton Convention Centre.

Mitchell will be addressing “Global FM”, the trends and the way forward for this booming industry. With the local construction industry expected to grow at an average rate of 6.41% between 2007and 2010, contributing 2.74% to the gross domestic product (GDP) in 2010 and the current “building boom”, the demand for facilities management continues to soar.
