Bonatla Property Holdings has asked the JSE to suspend its shares with effect from start of trade today
Bonatla Property Holdings (BNT) on Wednesday has asked the JSE to suspend its shares with effect from start of trade today.

The company said in a statement on Wednesday that pursuant to numerous cautionary announcements that have been published, the last of which was on 18 May, Bonatla is still in the process of concluding a number of transactions which are currently at varying stages of completion.

Until such time as one or more of the outstanding transactions are finalised, Bonatla will not meet the criteria set out in the JSE Listings Requirements for the continued listing of its shares on the JSE.

Accordingly, Bonatla has requested the JSE to suspend its shares until such time as one or more of the outstanding transactions is concluded, which is expected to be prior to 30 September 2007.
