eProp into 2007 - Products Intro:

 

Our loyal subscribers and partners continue to appreciate the value of doing business on eProp. Looking towards 2007 it is useful to highlight what portal partners in particular can expect to receive for their subscription and what this will cost (all prices indicated are ex Vat).

 

Portal Partners:

 

Portal partners are essentially companies that have a significant stake in the commercial property arena and who use eProp as an important platform for doing business and communicating their services to the wider market.

 

1.0 Without going into too much detail, as a premier portal partner in 2007, you will receive the following benefits:

 

a) Front page branding

b) Links to your company website

c) Branded property search displaying your portfolio’s properties, vacant units and your designated contact person/s

d) Unlimited Online Property Listings of for sale and vacant buildings searchable by location, property type, size, asking rental etc.

e) Monitoring access available for all activity on listings and enquiries

f) More than 100 building characteristics that allow you to add maps, images, detailed viewing instructions etc

g) Free services: 3 free hot property listing per annum; 6 free job or event listings per annum; leads and nodal profile bundle and 10-20% discount on floor-plan tool (on request). 1 Free property/development campaign and 1 free company/services campaign per annum. 1 Free Property Investor Campaign per annum

h) Easy and secure online listing process (if required)

i) Easy to access links to your contact information directly off the searchable property profiles

j) Access to the latest commercial property news, news archives and relevant research

k) Access to subscriber only real-time property statistics and space leads

l) Enhanced Service Providers Directory profile for the duration of the agreement

 

Total cost R6050 (Total effective value of service excluding floor plan discount; stats and research access:  R23 387 per month)

 

2.0 A general portal partner receives similar benefits, save:

 

g) Free services: 1 hot property listing per annum; leads and nodal profile bundle and 10-20% discount on floor-plan tool (on request)

 

Total cost R4200 (Total effective value of service excluding floor plan discount; stats and research access:  R13 487 per month)

 

With a number of mergers and consolidations taking place in the industry, the following policy will apply with regards to merged funds: They will be attributed the status of subsidiary portal partner to a main partner (premier or general) and will pay R2500 per month.

 

Advertising and Campaigns

  • Our rate for campaigns and general advertising (including recruitment/job advertising) is R3 700 per month.
  • A single campaign on The Property Investor news letter is R5 500
  • Premier advertisers (limited inventory) pay R11 000 per month

Property Listings:

  •  Individual property listings are R290 per month (minimum two months) and R2400 for between 10-15 properties. If you have 16 or more properties then the rate is R4200, so at the same price it is beneficial to become a general portal partner.
  • Hot property listings are R650 per month (minimum two months); R1300 with newsletter exposure.

 

Individual/Other Components: 

  • A company profile costs R2400 per annum.
  • Access to space leads and suburb stats costs R1500 per person per annum each with a bulk discount price of R5625 (min 6 users) per annum.
  • The access leads and suburb combined bundle costs R2250 per person per annum with a bulk discount price of R8437 applicable (min 6 users) per annum.
  • A single job or event announcement costs R650 per month (newsletter and web site)
