TWO MORE buildings have been sold at Greenford Office Estate, the Rabie Property Projects and Absa Bank joint venture development at Kenilworth Racecourse.
SA Fruit Exporters have bought a 550m2 double-storey office block with 25 parking bays for R2.5 million. The deal was brokered by Ian Matheson of Avon Chase.
Van Zyl and Pritchard, the computer training company, has bought a 300m2 single-storey block with 17 parking bays for R1.57 million and are taking occupation in December.
The deal was brokered by Andrew Dewey from Marriot. 'The sales have been excellent,' said Rabie director John Chapman, 'We now have only three buildings with a total floor area of 1 900m2 to sell at R4 600 - R4 800 per square metre.
