It’s both a harrowing and simultaneously exhilarating experience to be part of the Internet – and most assuredly ‘a commercial property marketplace’ - a slogan that has become the hallmark of eProp over the past few years.

In terms of site activity, unique visitors range between 12 000 – 18 000 people per month, with the average number of visits per month at around 30 000. Our average monthly bandwidth consumption is between 30-70 Gigabytes. Of the 1.4 million odd hits recorded per month about 55% originate from .net domains (including SA) and 13% from South Africa directly (.za). Other countries showing prominent visits include The Netherlands, The UK, France, Australia and the UAE.

• Property listing: Catering to any leasing, sale or development requirement, the service ranges from a normal single or bulk listing to a hot property listing to a short or longer term campaign orientated message. eProp’s revolutionary auction platform has also been developed to provide a cost effective, safe and neutral platform for the disposal of commercial property and land.
• Service Provider and Company Profiling: This permits you profiling your company on the eProp service provider register as well as doing campaigns or promotions using our main newsletter.
• The Property Investor: This is a newsletter platform developed with Fin24 that targets end user/retail investors and is suitable for communicating and advertising most products, opportunities and services to a combined audience numbering in excess of 80 000.
• Business Intelligence - Access products: This includes access to the ever popular space leads and suburb profile data.
• Research services: eProp Research can assist with any property related analysis and is also available for commissioned reports, articles or presentations on the commercial property market and related themes.
