A R50 000 tax free rebate for companies who place a learner. The management company running this project for the Services Seta pays the learner, do all assessments, train the learner and generally handle all administration. The company who takes on a learner is only obliged to give hands on training and mentoring, and are offered management training, which will take place on the 17th February.

Important – At the end of the period your are under no obligation to employ the learner but if you so wish, you may employ them permanently, or simply say “goodbye.”
