After a lengthy rezoning period, the Fernkloof Estate on the Hermanus golf course has been given the go-ahead. Being developed by the Overstrand municipality, the Fernkloof project includes the development of 332 single residential erven, 20 golf lodges and an extension and upgrade of the golf course. Rabcav, a joint venture between Rabie Property Projects and Cavcor Property Developers, is facilitating the development.

Coessa's Constantia estate readies for launch

The launch of Firgrove Private Estate, Coessa Holdings' Cape village development in Constantia, is scheduled for later this month. The development will include 14 single-storey homes and about 30% of the site will be reserved for landscaped open space. Prices range from R3,7m to R4,5m.

Investec secures tenants at office parks

Investec Property Group has secured occupancies at two office parks in Johannesburg. The group says that Sandton's Grayston Office Park, owned by Tresso Trading 119, has leased 3557m² of space to Silica Financial Administration Solutions and Silica Software Solutions
