Barnard Jacobs Mellet Private Client Services (BJMPCS) is set to make in-roads into Cape Town’s southern suburbs with the opening of a branch office in Constantia, headed up by a strong private client team with over 100 years of combined market experience.

While we have a strong presence in the northern suburbs and have significant market share in the rest of the Western Cape, we now have the capacity to extend our focus to the southern suburbs" says CEO Jan van Staden.BJM’s expansion into the southern suburbs comes on the back of an outstanding year for BJM Private Client Services which saw their assets under management and administration double to over R12 billion for the year ended April 2005.

The southern suburbs office will add a greater level of convenience to our existing and potential client base, while being serviced by a formidable team, all of whom are resident in the area" says van Staden.The Southern Suburbs team consists of Amanda Barlow, Glenda Cupido, Beverly Barnes, Graeme Rossiter, Mark Huxter and Grant Rossiter, the office manager.
The Constantia office will be officially open on Monday, 25 April.
