2 Arnold Road, has been successfully converted from a single-tenant building to a multi-tenant environment and is fully let.

The former corporate head office has been transformed into a multi-tenancy environment, at a cost of R1,93 million.

The prime property which is well located within one block of all commercial facilities in Rosebank, retains its high quality ambience and communal facilities for use by tenants including seven fully furnished and equipped meeting and board rooms, gym, canteen, reception, communication facilities, security and parking over three levels.

With approximately 4100m2 of office space, 2 Arnold Road is now home to 15 of South Africa’s most dynamic companies. Tenants include Java Capital, Intrepid Venture Capital, iScope, ApexHi Properties, Prima Properties, Madison Property Fund Managers, Kensani Corrections Management, DGL Nominees and owners Redefine Income Fund.

This conversion has enabled the Madison asset managed funds to find a home together in a single magnificent building.

Leasing of the property, according to Redefine’s national leasing manager Lana Brown, has been easily achievable resulting from the practical and financial value of the common areas to tenants and the location of the building
