UPMARKET clothing retailers Due South and Markams have installed 14 hi-tech ‘Coroview’ doors from Coroma in nine of their new stores recently opened in major shopping centres nationally including (Gateway) Durban, (Canal Walk) Cape Town, Somerset West, Johannesburg and Pretoria.

The powder coated extruded aluminium and toughened glass doors were specified by retail store project specialists – The Design Company.

A ‘mock shop’ was built by The Design Company to finalise the aesthetics of the store and the integration of the sectional overhead doors with the shop fittings.

The Coroview doors provide a full width and height see-through panel which, when closed, provides a unique and secure closure and, when open, an unobstructed opening into the store.

The entrance of the stores was specially designed to accommodate the glass and aluminium sectional overhead door and mechanical operating mechanism.

All doors are either mechanically operated or electronically automated with specific high security key switches to allow controlled access to the stores.
