PGP has been awarded three five-star awards at the Bentley International Property Awards 2004 in London

Pam Golding Properties (PGP), South Africa's largest independent real estate company, has been awarded three five-star awards at the Bentley International Property Awards 2004 in London in the categories of Best South African Estate Agent, Best Advertising Agent (worldwide) and Best Estate Agency Marketing (worldwide).

Now in their eleventh year, the Bentley awards are widely accepted as being the 'Oscars' of the property world and have the largest international representation of any recognised property awards.

Announcing the honours this week, PGP said these were the highest possible accolades to be awarded in each of these three categories.

The group had been competing against hundreds of property organisations from around the world.

Commented PGP group CEO Andrew Golding: "We are extremely proud to have received these awards. Our achievement in having done so in such a competitive international forum for two consecutive years underscores the marketing innovation, entrepreneurial flair and exceptional service for which the Pam Golding brand is so respected.

"It also bears testimony not only to our market leadership in South Africa, but to the fact that we continue to be regarded globally as the country's premier real estate company."

The independent panel of judges included: Bentley International Property Awards chairman and British Member of Parliament, Eric Pickles; the internationally renowned Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen - globally recognised as the host of the British TV programme, Changing Rooms; Helen Shield, the editor-in-chief of International Homes and English Homes magazine, along with distinguished experts in the field of property, interior and graphic design and construction.
