FINLAY & Associates, a commercial property management services, consulting and development company, has announced a new partnership with a globally established commercial property services company, New America International (NAI).
Along with the move to offer commercial real estate services worldwide, Finlay & Associates will be rebranded to Finlay, incorporating the new NAI branding.
Finlay CEO Lynette Finlay says the decision to partner with NAI is strategic to the company's growth.
"The South African property market is starting to open up to international markets with competitive returns and capital growth. South African companies are becoming far more global players, and the relationship with NAI will enable us to provide our clients with well-sourced properties throughout the world," says Finlay.
David Perry, CEO of NAI for Europe, the Middle East and Asia, says that NAI is a global corporate real estate and investment services firm operating in more than 300 markets in 41 countries, as well as a local real estate services firm with 3500 professionals "deeply rooted in and knowledgeable about their markets worldwide".
Finlay, a 21-year-old company, manages, leases and develops institutionally owned commercial, retail and industrial property portfolios in SA. Finlay's is an all-women team.
