Property company Barrow Properties will further developed its R70-million Thornhill office complex on Bekker Road, Midrand.
The first phase of the development, on the Western side of the N1, was, earlier this year, acquired by recently-listed property loan stock company, Ambit Properties Ltd in a R42m deal.
Phase two, Barrow announced yesterday, will have ten buildings, of which eight are now complete and fully sold or let.
But Barrow has now acquired an additional site adjacent to phase two, which will allow for a third phase of about 8000 square metres.
Once complete, the total area under roof will be about 24 000 square metres with buildings ranging in size from 700 square metres upwards.
